We are typically either with patients or on the phone with insurance companies, so the most efficient way to reach us is through e-mail. To protect your privacy, we use a software program that encrypts our e-mail messages to patients.  It's called Voltage, and you will have to set up a user name and password the first time you receive an e-mail message from us.  From then on, just put in your password to view our e-mail messages to you.
